NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED & CANCELLATION POLICY
We are pleased to offer deposit free booking.
With free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, with full payment taken 3 days before arrival. (If you have a reason why you would ask us not to take the payment in advance of your arrival, please contact us directly to discuss this)
If you cancel with less than 3 days notice payment in full will have been taken. It is at our discretion to offer a full or partial refund taking into account the reason for your cancellation, therefore please contact us directly. Any refund given will be less any reasonable bank/credit card/administration charges we incurred (if you would like an indication of these charges in advance of booking please contact us directly)
